Class Requirements:

To be able to join the class, you must have the following:

Full face mask is a must. (Standard paper mask, Venetian
Maschera, or cultural traditional mask such as shamans masks
accepted too.

Gloves are a must.

Cloak is a must.

Yoga mats and bolsters or cushions for your comfortability are a must.

Cultural traditional costumes accepted.

Before attending the class, please do a cleansing with a nice full shower.
